New PreachFor America Fellow Announced
Xaviere “X” Jones, a recent graduate of Wheaton College, has been announced as part of the first cohort of PreachFor America Fellows. He will serve at Brentwood Baptist Church in Brentwood, TN.
PreachFor Foundation Selects Xaviere Jones as part of its inaugural cohort of PreachFor America Fellows
Nashville, Tennessee, USA, July 14, 2026 – The PreachFor Foundation is pleased to announce Xaviere Jones as a second member of its inaugural PreachFor America Fellowship cohort, advancing PreachFor’s commitment to investing in the next generation of Christian leaders in America.
A graduate of Wheaton College, Jones was selected through PreachFor’s rigorous discernment process, which identifies emerging leaders who demonstrate exceptional character, theological depth, leadership potential, spiritual maturity, and a heart for serving the local church.
As a PreachFor America Fellow, Xaviere will participate in a two-year leadership residency designed to provide intensive ministry experience, theological formation, mentorship, leadership development, and collaboration with churches and Christian educational institutions. The program prepares gifted young leaders for a lifetime of faithful service to Christ and His Church.
Xaviere, known as X, has been matched with Brentwood Baptist Church in Brentwood, Tennessee, where he will serve alongside church leaders while gaining practical experience with this multicampus church with campuses across the greater Nashville area.
As a PreachFor America Fellow, X will be integrated into the Brentwood Baptist Leadership Institute which identifies, trains, and deploys leaders for local and international ministry. The Institute maintains the Ministry Residency, a two-year, immersive experience that equips, develops, and encourages leaders called to vocational ministry, sharing many goals with the PreachFor America Fellowship.

The launch of the PreachFor America Fellowship comes at a time when churches across the country are renewing their commitment to leadership development and vocational formation. PreachFor joins many organizations as a champion for the renewal of pastoral ministry.
