The Church is our response to God’s invitation to embody His passion for a beloved world. The Church is foundational to the health and growth of individuals, families, our culture, our institutions, our nation and the world.
A Growing Crisis
Many churches in America are struggling due to critical shortages in church leadership, and our best young servant leaders are not exploring ministry.
An Observation
This problem is not inevitable. Research shows that churches with great pastoral and lay leaders are still flourishing.
